  • My hourly rate is set at $195 for a standard individual therapy appointment. However, I do offer a sliding scale or a temporarily reduced rate when unexpected hardships occur. Please ask how I might be able to help!

  • My 15 minute consultations come at no cost - I want to provide the opportunity for you to ask questions about what the therapy process might look like and what services I can provide!

  • I am a part of a group practice where our administrative team is happy to help! You can click the “book appointment” button and request an appointment through the portal, send an email by filling out contact form, or you can call HFC directly at 713-380-1151.

  • A standard therapy session is between 50-55 minutes. Intensive sessions for EMDR processing can last as long as 90 minutes.

  • I do not take insurance but can provide a superbill for reimbursement.

  • A superbill is a billing document that HFC can provide at the end of every month for out of network services. You can submit the superbill to your insurance carrier for potential reimbursement.
