My hourly rate is set at $195 for a standard individual therapy appointment. However, I do offer a sliding scale or a temporarily reduced rate when unexpected hardships occur. Please ask how I might be able to help!

A standard therapy session is between 50-55 minutes. Intensive sessions for EMDR processing can last as long as 90 minutes or longer depending on your treatment goals.

I do not take insurance but can provide a superbill for reimbursement.

A superbill is a billing document that HFC can provide at the end of every month for out of network services. You can submit the superbill to your insurance carrier for potential reimbursement.
